Terroir : Clay and limestone
Varietal : 85% Chardonnay et 15% Pinot Noir
Age of the vineyard : 30 years

Our Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc et Noir is made with 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir. As the Champagne method is applied, the harvest is carried out by hand.

Crémant is first of all a still white wine. After aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats, the still wine obtained is bottled: this is the draw. A draft liquor is thus added, to then proceed with a second fermentation in the bottle which is for a minimum of 12 months.

A Domaine that meets international expectations

It is clear that the Domaine du Bicheron is often present on the good tables of France, but also in European countries and the world: Japan, USA, Hong Kong, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Denmark... The domaine is often referenced by the guide Hachette and the English magazine Decanter, and obtains numerous medals in contests, including the Concours de Vins de Mâcon.
