Wine from the hillsides of Péronne, aged in oak barrels for one year before being bottled.

Gold color, very long in the mouth, with notes of vanilla and ripe bananas.

The wine retains a woody imprint that goes perfectly with snails, monkfish and goat cheese.Mâcon-Péronne

15 hectares are intended for the production of our Mâcon-Péronne.

Vinification in stainless steel vats for 1 year on fine lees. Mylinous, golden robe with greenish reflections.

Nice citrusy nose, as lime, which ends with a very fresh note of white fruit, with the typical minty touch of the mâconnais.

A Domaine that meets international expectations

It is clear that the Domaine du Bicheron is often present on the good tables of France, but also in European countries and the world: Japan, USA, Hong Kong, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Denmark... The domaine is often referenced by the guide Hachette and the English magazine Decanter, and obtains numerous medals in contests, including the Concours de Vins de Mâcon.
