Crystalline light yellow color with hints of jade.

Superb and powerful nose marked by delicate exotic aromas and summer fruits like peach and very ripe pear, almost candied.

A floral note mixed with crushed almonds rounds this wine.

This wine pairs very well with foie gras, dishes in sauce or cheese. To serve between 11 ° and 12 °.
